The moment I arrived at Holywell House, I was welcomed with warmth. The decor looked lovely, and my Superior Family Room felt spacious. Comfortable beds made for a restful night. Breakfast options impressed me. they offered a delicious spread with various fresh fruits and cooked items. Les and Derek, the hosts, were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I felt at home. One downside was the limited ventilation in the room, as it got a bit warm. I also wasn't thrilled about the external bathroom setup. Parking was easy, and the location made exploring Loughborough convenient.

Holywell House is a gem! Just a hop away from Loughborough’s top chow spots like George's Tradition and Salim's Indian Restaurant, it’s perfect for a foodie like me. The breakfast was top-notch too, served hot and fresh! Plus, Derek and Lez bring a delightful charm, making you feel right at home with their quirky decor.
On the flip side, the strong floral smell from a plug-in hit my sinuses, and I prefer an en suite bathroom.

Family with children well treated
The decor and layout, it felt very cosy. Our room was nice and spacious for my wife, my daughter and I, with a double bed and a single bed. Breakfast was excellent in the morning too. Full cooked and choices of different fruits, yoghurt, cereals, spoilt for choice really.
It was a bit pricey but worth it for the experience.

Amazing breakfast and comfy beds!
Spent 3 nights here. The mattress was fabulous—best sleep ever! The breakfast spread was top-notch, really looked 5-star to me. Got full English with the works every morning. One thing tho, could’ve used a few more choices on the full English, like tomatoes and mushrooms. def worth the stay!
